This is what you have to do to update The Last of Us Part 2 to the Remastered version

Here in the OtakuPT We’re putting the finishing touches on our review. The Last of Us Part II Remastereda game that will be released on January 19, 2024 for PlayStation 5. As the name suggests, this is a remastered version of the award-winning The Last of Us Part II and one of the biggest attractions is the inclusion of the “No Return” mode, a Roguelike survival experience. Anyone who has the PS4 version for $10 can upgrade to The Last of Us Part II Remastered.

Just go to the PS Store as soon as the game launches on January 19th to update. Owners of PS4 disc copies must insert them into their PS5 with a disc drive to download and play the digital version. The price may vary depending on the country.

In the mode description No Return in The Last of Us Part II Remastered we can read:
