Emmys 2023 | From “The Bear” to “Succession”, these were the winners of the long-awaited ceremony

On a night without any major surprises, “The Bear” and “Succession” make history at the Emmys and cement their name as two of the most awarded series of recent years.

Just finished 75th ceremony of the Emmys, which was marked by few surprises, but stood out for honoring and remembering some of the most iconic series in the history of television, such as “Mad Men“, “Cheers” or “Grey’s Anatomy“.

When it comes to awards, “The Bear” and “Succession” dominated with six statuettes in Drama It is Comedy, respectively. “Beef” triumphed in five categories Miniseries.

“Succession” says goodbye with another victory for Jesse Amstrong in Best Writing, making him the most awarded drama writer for a single series. “The Bear” also made history, surpassing “Schitt’s Creek” (9 awards) and taking a total of ten statuettes for its first season.

The night was also very memorable for Elton John, one of the greatest legends in the history of musicwhich completed the coveted EGOT.

It should be remembered that the Emmys ceremony would take place on September 18, 2023 and ended up being postponed due to the Hollywood strike.
