Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance trailer impresses

A Bandai Namco Filmworks started showing this trailer Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeancea series of 6 30-minute episodes that will premiere on Netflix.

The story will focus on the European Front during the One Year War made famous in the first anime Gundam.

The story unfolds around Iria Sorari (on the left in the image below), and as for the lock we have the Zaku II (center) and the Gundam (right). This anime is being animated using solely the Unreal Engine 5 from the Epic Games.

As we reported previously, the story is Gavin Highight (Tekken: Bloodline, Transformers: Cyberverse, Star Wars: Resistance).

The project counts on the collaboration of the producer Naohiro Ogata (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury, Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt) and Australian actress Celia Massingham (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Ladies in Black) plays the main character and performed motion capture for the animation.

The character design is Manuel Augusto Dischinger Moura It is Kimitoshi Yamane (Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, Gundam projects) is overseeing the mechanical design. Music is the responsibility of Wilbert Roger II (Mortal Kombat 11, Call of Duty: WWII, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris).

The story is told from the perspective of the Zeon faction in (UC 0079) and the producers stated that they were inspired by Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt It is Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team.
