Senpai is an Otokonoko anime trailer reveals staff and cast

Scheduled to debut in 2024, official site of the anime series adaptation of the manga Senpai is an Otokonoko (Senpai wa Otokonoko) by Pom In addition to this trailer and promotional image, it revealed the staff and cast.

We now know that the animation is from the studio Project No.9 (Ro-Kyu-Bu! SS, Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki, Higehiro), directed by Shinsuke Yanagi (Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki, The Ryuo’s Work Is Never Done!), the argument is Yoriko Tomita (My Dress-Up Darling, Osamake: Romcom Where The Childhood Friend Won’t Lose, As Miss Beelzebub likes it.) and the character design is by Shōto Shinkai. Music is the responsibility of Yukari Hashimoto (March comes in like a lion, Mr. Osomatsu, Sarazanmai).

In the cast we have:

• Shūichirō Umeda as Makoto Hanaoka
• Akira Sekine as Saki Aoi
• Yūma Uchida as Ryūji Taiga

With streaming via Crunchyroll the anime will be shown on the block Noitamina from Fuji TV on Thursdays at 24:55 (effectively, Fridays at 00:55).
