Netflix began notifying its subscribers this week that the animated series aimed at adults, Final Space, will be leaving the catalog on December 15th this year. The creator of the animation – Olan Rogers – spoke about this on the series’ official Twitter profile. Check out:
In the video, Olan appears very emotional and upset about the departure of his work from the TUDUM catalog. He still suggests that they put it on some other digital platform like Itunes, however, he confirms that a comic will be released and presents some gift cards.
The animation was presented on the TBS channel in the USA, before migrating to Adult Swim. Netflix purchased international rights to be shown outside the country of origin. Final Space was canceled after its third season, according to its creator, a victim of spending cuts following the merger of WarnerMedia with Discovery.
Final Space is available on Netflix until December 15th.
