Mahotsukai no Yome came first in the TOP recommended sleeves for 2015 and the story unfolds around Hatori Chise, who has lived a life full of neglect and abuse, devoid of anything resembling love. Away from the warmth of her family, she had her share of problems and pitfalls. When all hope seems lost, she has a fateful encounter when a man with the head of an animal, wielding strange powers, buys her through a slave auction. Chise’s life will never be the same.
The man is a “magician”, a sorcerer of great power, who decides to free Chise from the bonds of captivity. The wizard then makes a bold declaration: Chise will become his student and his bride!
