Abarth 600e Scorpionissima – The company’s 100% electric sports crossover!

In a car market full of offers for all types of tastes, Abarth brings to the market a slightly bolder bet. We are actually talking about its new sports crossover that brings a lot of technology derived from Formula E to public roads.

Therefore, called the Abarth 600e, this is the company’s new 100% electric sports car!

The new and second 100% electric offering from this Fiat performance brand is the most powerful ever and aims to reach around 237 hp.

However, if the power is not surprising against strong rivals, the brand also decided to implement a limited slip differential and a range of tires co-developed with Formula E experience, with the aim of overcoming a rival in question, the Cupra Born.

Abarth 600e Scorpionissima- has a limited number of units!

The new focus on performance from the company Abarth features an accentuated rear wing, new and larger sports wheels with sporty treatment throughout. Here we clearly see the sportier version depicted in the image above.

A curious detail is that this is the most powerful car that is based on the e-CMP2 platform from Abrarth’s parent company, Stellantis. Therefore, the same platform shared with numerous models and brands such as the Jeep Avenger, the Peugeot e-2008 and the Citren e-C4. (None of these models have an announced sports version)

Performance numbers?

Well, the manufacturer hasn’t officially announced it yet. However, comfortably, it is certain that it will accelerate from 0-100 km/h in around 6.0 seconds.

Technical specifications will be announced in the coming weeks.

In short, the Barth 600e Scorpionissima has many new features to introduce to the market with Formula E technology on the way. Still, will this be enough to rival and win over buyers in a market increasingly overloaded with offers?
