“Chainsaw Man” in real life terrorizes neighbors in the USA

Most likely because there is also a very popular anime dubbed Chainsaw Man and which immediately sparked comparisons, a video went viral on TikTok with more than 4.5 million views showing a “real-life Chainsaw Man” who decided to terrorize his neighbors at 2 am in Omaha, Nebraska.

The video shows a man brandishing a chainsaw at 02:00 and the police later arrive and arrest him. Both the TikToker and his neighbors were stunned by what was happening.

The situation is already unusual in itself and destined to generate many views and of course having a recent and popular anime about someone who has a chainsaw embedded in their body helped even more to make the video go viral.

The manga Chainsaw Man It began publishing in Weekly Shonen Jump in December 2018.

The animation for the first season of the anime series Chainsaw Man It’s from the studio MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen, The God of High School, Dororo, Dorohedoro), directed by Ryū Nakayama (Black Clover, Jujutsu Kaisen episodes), the argument is Hiroshi Seko (Ajin, Attack on Titan The Final Season) and the character design is by Kazutaka Sugiyama (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation).

Synopsis of Chainsaw Man

When his father died, Denji was stuck with a debt he was unable to pay. But thanks to the help of a demon dog he saved named Pochita, Denji is able to survive as a demon hunter for hire. Pochita’s chainsaw powers are very powerful against these demons. And then, when Denji ends up being killed by a demon, Pochita gives up her life to resurrect him. But now Denji has been reborn as a demon-human hybrid… Now he is the “Chainsaw Man”!
