Cherry Magic! there will be 12 episodes

The anime series adaptation of the manga Cherry Magic! Can Thirty Years of Virginity Make You a Wizard?! (30-sai Dōtei da to Mahō Tsukai ni Nareru Rashii) by Yū Toyota will consist of 12 episodes that will later be released in 2 Blu-Ray volumes.

The animation is from the studio Satelight (Helck, Macross Frontier, Aquarion), the direction is Yoshiko Okuda (Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-), the argument is Tomoko Konparu (Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-, Uta no Prince-sama – Maji Love 1000%, Nodame Cantabile) and the character design is by Takahiro Kishida (Durarara!!, Haikyu!!, Puella Magi Madoka Magica).

In the cast we have:

• Chiaki Kobayashi as Kiyoshi Adachi
• Ryōta Suzuki as Yūichi Kurosawa

Cherry Magic! It began publication in 2018 and its 12th volume was released on July 22, 2023.

The manga of Cherry Magic! inspired a live-action series adaptation in October 2020 and a live-action film in April 2022.

Synopsis of Cherry Magic!

Adachi, a thirty-year-old virgin, discovers that he has the magical power to read the minds of the people he touches. Unfortunately, the ability makes him unhappy as he doesn’t know how to use it well! And to make matters worse, when he accidentally reads the mind of his very competent and handsome colleague, Adachi discovers that he has a violent crush on Adachi himself! Things are about to get REALLY weird!
