New Marvel series on Disney+? Only for over 18s!

We are more than used to receiving new Marvel series on Disney+ and seeing everything almost overnight. After all, we are talking about projects that show us some of our most beloved superheroes, sometimes in detail, or in situations that are a little different from what is normal.

However, the truth is that this time we have a new series that may present some obstacles. This is of course due to the fact that it is only for adults.

Therefore, we are talking about none other than Eco. A project that recently arrived on the platform and has been somewhat successful. However, due to the age classification, there may be some interference in viewing.

Therefore, Echo became the first series produced by Marvel Studios to receive this rating for over 18s. And it’s all due to the fact that the main character has a very violent past and the story itself is also quite violent. There are more similarities with projects like “Daredevil” “Daredevil” “Jessica Jones” or even “Luke Cage” than with newer projects like WandaVision or Loki. But this is exactly what was said by the executive producer regarding this classification:

“Characters in our series bleed and die… And all of these deaths have huge impacts on the real world. The scenes are violent and very brutal.”

In short, from what we’ve seen of the project, everything seems to be simply fantastic. And we are very pleased with the fact that this new series is similar to all the others released on Netflix previously. After all, this way we are sure that the project really comes as it should be and not with Marvel’s new ideas that end up ruining more than achieving.
