Ekiden Danshi Project manga on hiatus

A Weekly Big Comic Spirits revealed in its most recent edition that the manga Ekiden Danshi Project (Men’s Long-Distance Relay Race Project) by Shin Takahashi will go on hiatus and will only return in spring 2024. In July 2023 the manga had gone on hiatus, returning from autumn.

Synopsis of Ekiden Danshi Project

The story revolves around Hayata, a track and field athlete who seizes the opportunity to join the long-distance team at a private university and get a scholarship to college. During recruitment, Hayata and the other athletes who wanted to join the team were challenged to a half marathon, with a team formed on the spot. But the team members were anything but united.
