Helldivers 2 is now PlayStation’s biggest Steam release

Helldivers 2 was recently released for PlayStation 5 and PC (Steam) and very quickly became a success, surpassing God of War and becoming the biggest release Steam from the PlayStation.

According to the SteamDB, Helldivers 2 reached a peak of 81,840 concurrent players on Steam just one day after launch, thus surpassing the previous concurrent peak of God of War (2018) from 73,529 when it arrived on PC in 2022.
