Honkai: Star Rail – Update 2.0 arrives on February 6th

A HoYoverse announced that version 2.0 of Honkai: Star Rail“If One Dreams at Midnight“, will be released on February 6th. At the same time, the new world of Honkai: Star Rail will appear in the new version 2.0. In this latest version, in addition to new scenes, stories and three new characters, the main part of the Penacony Pathfinder Mission will begin in this version, continuing until version 2.2 and ending in the form of an epilogue in version 2.3. Additionally, the game will receive a series of optimizations to improve the gaming experience.

In the description of version 2.0 “If One Dreams at Midnight” we can read:

After exploring unique worlds such as the Herta Space Station, Jarilo-VI and Xianzhou’s Luofu, the Astral Express Crew receives an invitation on behalf of the Family to visit Penacony and participate in the Carismonia Festival. The essence of Penacony is embodied in a colossal interstellar hotel called “Reverie”, built in the depths of the cosmos. Countless interstellar celebrities will gather and enjoy a luxurious vacation experience. Centuries ago, Penacony was an Interastral Peace Corps border prison for confining prisoners. However, over time significant changes occurred. Under the Family’s management, Penacony went from being a prison planet to a renowned cosmic vacation destination.
