Metallic Rouge anime series trailer reveals premiere date

With this trailer the noitaminA announced that the anime series Metallic Rouge will premiere on January 10, 2024. In the video we can hear the ending theme “Scarlet” by DAZBEE and the opening theme “Rouge” by Yuka. Below is a new promotional image.

The animation is from the studio Bones (Mob Psycho, My Hero Academia, Bungou Stray Dogs), directed by Motonobu Hori (Carole & Tuesday), the story is of Yutaka Izubuchi (Mobile Police Patlabor mecha designer, Star Blazers 2199, RahXephon), character design is by Toshihiro Kawamoto (Cowboy Bebop) and the music is the responsibility of Taisei Iwasaki (BELLE).

Synopsis of Metallic Rouge

The “tech noir” anime takes place in a world where humans and androids coexist. The story follows Rouge, an android girl, who is on a mission to Mars with her partner Naomi. The mission is to assassinate nine artificial humans who are hostile to the government.
