New teaser trailer for the live-action series Avatar: The Last Airbender

With its premiere scheduled for February 22nd, the Netflix started showing this new teaser trailer for the live action series Avatar: The Last Airbender (Avatar: The Last Airbender / Avatar: The Last Airbender).

Although the series’ producers have stated that they will remain faithful to the source material, they have also hinted at the idea that the live-action adaptation will add scenes that are not present in the original series.

In the description of Avatar: The Last Airbender (Avatar: The Last Airbender) we can read:

A live-action reimagining of the beloved animated series that follows Aang, the young Avatar, as he learns to master the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Air) to restore balance to a world threatened by the terrifying Fire Nation.

The series will be an authentic adaptation of the award-winning and popular Nickelodeon animated series Avatar: The Last Airbenderreimagined as a live-action adventure. Albert Kim (Sleepy Hollow, Nikita) will be the production director, executive producer and screenwriter. Dan Lin (The Lego Movie, Aladdin) from Rideback, Lindsey Liberatore (Walker) It is Michael Goi (Swamp Thing, American Horror Story) will also be executive producers. Goi, Roseanne Liang (also co-executive producer), Jabbar Raisani and Jet Wilkinson will direct.
