PC version of Ys X: Nordics in Asia in 2024

A Clouded Leopard Entertainment announced that the PC (Steam) version of Ys X: Nordics will be released in 2024 in Asia with audio in Japanese and texts in traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and Korean.

The setting is the northern sea, Obelia Bay, formed by a vast archipelago. After completing his adventures in the Old Kingdom of Ys, young adventurer Adol Christin encounters a seafaring people known as the “Normands” in this new land. Who are? And who are the “Griegers”, immortal undead that attack humans?

The battle system used until Ys IX: Monstrum Nox has been drastically overhauled! The new “Cross Action” system allows the player to fight in two modes depending on the situation. In the frantic “Solo Mode”, the player controls a character while using automatic attacks supported by his partner. In “Combination Mode”, the player can simultaneously control a series of actions for both characters while facing formidable enemies in alternating combat.

Additionally, Ys X: Nordics puts players at the controls of a ship for the first time. Explore vast oceans using sea maps and participate in naval battles against enemy fleets in this new feature that further enhances “the flavor of a new adventure”. Other new features will also be present, such as the special ability “Mana Action”, which significantly expands the degree of freedom in terrain and dungeons.

Ys X: Nordics is a new adventure set in the northern sea of ​​Obelia Bay, the game once again features young adventurer Adol Christin.
