To reduce toxicity Helldivers 2 will “never” have PvP

Helldivers 2 is surprising and some players from this co-op are asking for a PVP mode, something that will “never” happen judging by the words of Johan Pilestedtthe CEO of Arrowhead.

On Twitter, in a response to a player, Pilestedt stated:

Hey; We will “never” add a PvP mode. This is to reduce toxic elements in the community.

We want an environment that is supportive, fun and where we all fight on the same side!

In the description of Helldivers II we can read:

Join the Helldivers as they fight for freedom in operations across a hostile galaxy in this third-person shooter.
