Marvel returns to Wakanda with new Disney+ series

After two films of resounding cinematic success, Marvel Studios is preparing to return to Wakanda with a new project.

Since the premiere of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” in 2022 that there has been a lot of talk about what’s next for the fictional country of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Now, a year after the film’s arrival, details are known about when and how fans will get a new glimpse of this rich African country. Now, Wakanda is preparing to return to the screen with the announcement of a new spin-off, “Eyes of Wakanda”, an animated series developed for Disney Plus, which will explore the different corners of the African country. The project promises to reveal the history of fictional countryintroducing the warriors who have defended its borders over the years, from the original Black Panther, to the current protector, Shuri.

Throughout Wakanda’s history, courageous warriors have been tasked with traveling the world to recover dangerous vibranium artifacts. This is their story.

Currently, the cast members are not yet known, but the studio has already revealed that the series is scheduled to premiere in mid-2024.

In addition to this series, the Marvel Studios is still working on several other animated projects, including “X-Men ’97“, “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” It is “marvel zombies“, as well as the second season of “What If…?” which premieres on December 22nd.
